Fill obvious publisher gaps - #50

Thank you for this. The same six publisher values landed on main a few hours ago in #49 (commit 96e5373 on the branch), so merging this now would add a second publisher: line to each file. Closing as already done, not because anything is wrong with it. Your call on the SPDX half matches ours exactly: Blender's card says only "CC-BY" and charge-materials states no licence, so neither gets a version until the source says one.
